To produce a high quality porcelain outdoor tile, quality control must permeate every link of production. As a super-large factory with an annual sales volume of 56 million US dollars and a daily output value of 50,000 square meters, Beata Ceramics has long established a set of standardized quality control processes.
Powder Mix Ratio & Flow Rate Control
Good materials make good outdoor tiles. Selecting high-quality natural raw materials and controlling the ratio of raw materials is the most important step in the tile production process. Therefore, we assign special personnel to accurately measure the powder according to production standards and monitor the stability of powder flow rate to ensure the powder is uniformly fine and has qualified fluidity, avoiding problems such as uneven tile density and molding defects caused by powder issues from the source.
Compression Molding Quality Inspection
After the tiles are formed by pressing with a 10,000-ton press, our dedicated inspectors conduct a comprehensive inspection of the tiles body immediately. On the one hand, they visually check whether the body of porcelain tiles have defects such as chipping, cracks, and bubbles; on the other hand, they confirm the weight consistency of the tiles through random sampling, ensuring that the molding quality of each tile meets the requirements of subsequent production and preventing unqualified tiles body from entering the next process.
Glaze Line Parameter Dynamic Monitoring
Specialized personnel are assigned for regular inspections in the glaze line link, focusing on monitoring the concentration of the surface glaze and the weight of glaze application. The glaze concentration is adjusted in real time to ensure uniform glaze coverage. We strictly control the standard of glaze application weight to avoid problems such as overly thick, thin, or missing glaze, laying a solid foundation for the final surface texture and durability of the thick tiles for outdoor.
Finished Product Comprehensive Index Testing
Before the finished tiles are off the production line, fixed inspectors carry out full-dimensional testing work. They visually check for surface defects such as color difference, pinholes, and scratches, and use professional tools to accurately measure the dimensional deviation, flatness error, and weight consistency of the tiles, ensuring that all indicators of each finished tile meet industry and enterprise internal control standards.
Full-Process Patrol Inspection & Conveyor Line Control
Fixed personnel are stationed at key areas such as every corner and tile feeding area of the production line to monitor the tile conveyor line, promptly identifying and handling problems such as collisions and deviations that may occur during transportation. In addition, each production line is equipped with a dedicated patrol inspector who randomly samples and tests tiles at fixed times and points, covering all production links comprehensively to form a dual quality control guarantee and prevent unqualified products from leaving the factory.
It is precisely because of our strict quality control that our customers become long-term partners once they cooperate with us. For they know that they can always get satisfactory products and services.
