Mold surfaces are formed by using mold engraving techniques and prefabricated molds of fixed shapes, enriching the texture variations on the porcelain outdoor tile surface and presenting different textures, such as lychee surface, water-washed surface, flamed surface, etc.

Unlike this, the precision engraved surface creates a concave-convex mold texture effect during the glazing process. Combined with digital glazing control technology, it accurately locates digitally and can intelligently control the depth of the texture structure, with rich layers and a more natural and three-dimensional presentation.

The precision engraved surface usually carves a series of texture patterns on the glaze layer according to the texture requirements of the decorative outdoor tile pattern, and can even carve realistic three-dimensional wood grain, stone grain, fabric grain and other effects. The precision engraved surface is more gentle visually in terms of texture and grooves than the transition of mold-carved surface.
