Beata Ceramics’ Full-Body Artificial Quartz Stone-Beige Series includes a total of 9 products, all taking 18mm thick full-body as the core selling point. All are warm beige in color, with textures replicating the delicate texture of natural stone. They not only retain the warm and versatile decorative characteristics of the beige tone, but also have the high strength and wear resistance required for outdoor tiles. Whether it is park trails, square floors, courtyard landscapes or exterior walls of commercial blocks, this series of products can be perfectly adapted, injecting natural and elegant visual beauty into various outdoor scenes.

Multiple Molds, Wonderful and Diverse

The 9 outdoor porcelain tiles in this series adopt a variety of surface molds to present product effects, including rustic surface, cobble surface, lightly textured honed surface, as well as travertine surface and slate surface. Among them, the travertine surface and slate surface are also used for the first time in all of our products. The product coded YG612D001 adopts a travertine surface, simulating the inherent irregular cavities of natural travertine. Coupled with the beige texture, it is hard not to confuse it with natural travertine. The product coded YG612S001 adopts a slate surface, with natural and delicate slate textures, endowing it with a texture like natural slate.

Technological Breakthroughs Present Perfect Effects

The core feature of full-body porcelain tiles is that the texture and color of the blank are completely consistent from the surface to the inside, with no obvious color difference after damage, which is essentially different from ordinary surface-glazed tiles. In addition, the beige series has extremely high requirements on the purity and proportioning accuracy of raw materials. Once the raw materials are mixed unevenly, local color differences and color clusters are likely to occur. The thickness of the 18mm thick blank is much larger than that of conventional tiles, making it more difficult to uniformly disperse the raw materials during mixing. After hundreds of formula adjustments, Beata Ceramics’ R&D team adopted a multi-stage grinding process to ensure that the particle fineness of raw materials such as feldspar, quartz and clay reaches the nanometer level. At the same time, through high-pressure homogeneous mixing technology, the colorant and blank raw materials are deeply integrated, ensuring the consistency of the full-body color from the source.
