Mass Production Launched for 600*1200*12mm Full-Body Outdoor Tiles

Since we rolled out our full‑body outdoor tiles at the start of 2026, market demand has been overwhelmingly positive. As a professional tile manufacturer founded in 1997 with three eco‑friendly automated production bases, Beata Ceramics relies on our in‑house R&D team to expand new style ranges continuously, meeting diversified project requirements for global clients.

Over eight months of real‑world market testing, we collected valuable feedback from clients applying our premium full‑body tiles outdoor to villas, private courtyards, boutique hotels and residential renovation projects. Our well‑known 18 mm thick paving tiles deliver heavy‑duty performance, suitable for pedestal installation and vehicle loading, as shown in our reference video. Nevertheless, many residential and hospitality projects do not require vehicle‑bearing capacity, making a thinner, cost‑effective alternative highly desirable.

To fill this market gap, Beata Ceramics officially kicks off mass production of the brand‑new 600×1200×12 mm full‑body outdoor porcelain tile series.

The new collection covers 16 unique designs, each available in four classic colours: off‑white, beige, grey and black. Clients are welcome to contact our sales team for more detail and physical product samples.

Every variant is finished with anti‑slip grit, achieving R10 or R11 slip resistance for safe exterior use. This 12 mm format supports seamless wall‑and‑floor matching. As wall cladding tiles, they can be fixed with cement adhesive. For pedestrian‑only ground surfaces, both cement laying and pedestal installation are viable construction options, bringing flexible, budget‑friendly large‑format outdoor solutions for architects and property developers.
