Stone Outdoor Floor Tiles

Beata Ceramics have launched this high quality sesame gray stone outdoor floor tiles through independent R&D. As we all know, sesame gray granite is one of the world's most famous granite varieties. It has a unique gray appearance, excellent physical properties and wide applicability, and is widely used in construction, decoration, landscape architecture, municipal engineering and other fields. However, with the growing emphasis on environmental protection, mines have been banned from mining and stone yards have been shut down, making sesame gray, an excellent stone material, scarce.

Fulfilling the Mission: Beata Ceramics’ Strength

With advanced production technology and a strong R&D team, Beata Ceramics has taken over the mission of historical development and developed granite-imitated outdoor tiles. Once launched, the products have been widely welcomed, and Beata Ceramics has quickly become a leader in the field of stone floor tiles outdoor.

What did the original version of Beata granite-look tiles look like?

Our Granite-look Series 1.0, with high-precision inkjet technology, is almost indistinguishable from real granite and can be used in ordinary scenarios. However, it adopts a common green body, and the surface of the tile is different from the green body. If it is to be applied to steps, pool edges, etc., the shortcoming that the green body is inconsistent with the tile surface will be exposed, making people realize that it is not real granite stone. Our Series 2.0 further solves this problem.

Indistinguishable from the Real Thing: Upgraded Granite Outdoor Tiles

Our Granite-look Series 2.0 adopts the full-body green body technology with large particles added, and the similarity between the tile surface and the green body reaches 85%, which greatly improves the texture. If you have needs for grooving processing or application to steps, pool edges, please choose this product. You don't have to worry about its anti-slip performance. We have added anti-slip dry particles to this product, and its anti-slip grade can reach R12 or even R13, which is sufficient to cope with all outdoor wet conditions.

How about the performance of these outdoor granite-style tiles?

Our tiles are pressed by ten-thousand-ton presses and fired at 2000℃ to form compact structure with outstanding compression resistance. We finished relevant tests recently. Taking 600×1200×18mm tiles as an example, they can bear vehicle load safely when laid suspended on pedestal system. According to our technicians' calculation, these tiles can even support small trucks if the solid base beside suspended pedestals is wide enough for smooth vehicle transition.
