Installation tips

The following suggestions can be referred to when installing this type of tile our square floor tiles:

• Basic Requirements: The strength of the concrete base should be ≥ C25, and the flatness error should be ≤ 3mm/m.

• Dry-laying method: A 50mm thick 1:3 cement mortar base layer, leveled with a rubber hammer.

• Wet-laying method: Using polymer adhesive for bonding, suitable for curved surfaces or slopes.

• Joint treatment: For gaps of 3-5mm, it is recommended to use elastic sealant to deal with thermal expansion and contraction.
