Porcelain Driveway Tiles

Beata Ceramics has developed and produced this newest porcelain driveway tiles. This tile replicates sesame black granite, with a regular thickness of 18mm (our factory has stock in multiple sizes for this thickness). It uses quartz sand, kaolin, feldspar, and natural stone powder as the main components, forming a dense structure through pressing and high-temperature sintering (2000℃), featuring low water absorption (≤0.5%) and high hardness. Tested, its load-bearing capacity reaches 7000N, equivalent to the effect of natural granite with a thickness of 25-30mm. As long as the leveling and laying work is done well to ensure the tiles are perfectly integrated with the cement base without hollowing, it can withstand the passage of heavy-duty trucks, and is widely used in driveways, public places with high pedestrian flow, high-end residences, etc.

Regular Product Process

This driveway pavers adopts a fine bush-hammered surface mold, replicating the uneven texture of natural granite's surface formed by chiseling and hammering. Due to the fine uneven texture, this surface mold itself has high anti-slip performance. In the production process, we also add anti-slip dry granules to the surface, so the overall anti-slip grade of this product can reach R12-R13, which is the highest among all products with regular stock in our factory. For coloring, we use ink jet technology, and high-precision nozzles perfectly replicate the exquisite texture of sesame black granite, presenting a natural and elegant beauty.

Special Product Process

The distinctive feature of this black porcelain paving lies in its tile body. Our regular tile body is a mixed-spot body (some customers jokingly call it "salt and pepper body"). For tiles with mixed-spot bodies, the visual effect of the tile surface is inconsistent with that of the tile body. However, this product adopts a full-body with large aggregate particles. The full-body achieves the effect that the tile surface and the tile body are of the same color system and pattern. Then, large aggregate particles are specially added to further enhance the simulation effect of natural stone. Compared with ordinary bodies, this product has no significant difference in functionality, but visually it is more suitable for occasions that require grooving processing, or paving on steps, pool edges and other places where the tile body needs to be exposed.

Currently, we have regular stock of this driveway tile with a thickness of 18mm, available in 6 specifications: 200×600mm, 300×600mm, 600×900mm, 300×900mm, 600×900mm, and 600×1200mm. We support customization if you need other specifications and thicknesses. In addition, based on the same color and tile body, we support changing the surface mold, and can provide flamed surface, water-washed surface, antique surface, etc.

Special Statement

Our factory has 3 production bases with a daily output of 50,000 square meters. Due to uncontrollable factors in tile production, color difference may occur between products of different batches. It is recommended that large-scale projects purchase sufficient products at one time to avoid color difference.

Q: The side of the tile body has large aggregate particles. Will these particles fall off?

A: Our tiles come with original edges straight from production, and the current finish is achieved via edge grinding. We sell over 1,000,000 pieces of this item annually. It has been proven in numerous applications that particles will not come off during cutting.

Q: Can we customize specs and finishes for our projects?

A: Of course. We provide full OEM & ODM customization service:

ODM: We adjust surface finishes (flamed, water-washed, antique etc.), thickness and dimensions based on our existing full-body raw formula;
